Privacy
We collect only what you choose to share, use it solely to serve you, and protect it with care. This policy explains how.
Effective August 2026
RMEORA (“the studio”, “we”, “us”) is an interior design and architecture practice. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are the data controller for the information described here.
We only collect what you choose to share with us. Depending on how you engage, that may include:
• Contact details — your name and email address, and any other details you include in a message or enquiry.
• Vision Studio responses — the preferences you select (space type, style, palette, materials, budget, timeline) and any notes you add, together with the concept generated from them.
• Submitted briefs and documents — the project details you enter and any files you upload (such as drawings, plans, or references).
• Purchase and credit records — when you buy render credits, we keep a record of the pack you chose, the amount paid, the state of the order, and your remaining credit balance. Payment itself happens on Wayl’s checkout: your card or account details go to Wayl directly and never reach us.
• Account details — buying credits requires an account. Sign-in is passwordless: you use either Google or a one-time link sent to your email, so there is no password for us to store. We keep your email address, the name your sign-in provider gives us, and an identifier for that provider. We never receive your Google password.
• Technical data — limited information your browser sends with each request (for example, IP address), used for security, to keep the site running, and to meter the small number of free Vision Studio renders each visitor can try.
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare and discuss proposals, deliver our services, and keep records of our correspondence. We use technical data to protect the site against abuse and to maintain its security and reliability.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
When you use the Vision Studio, the concept and mood board are generated automatically from the preferences and notes you provide. The result is indicative inspiration, not a final design.
Generating a concept uses third-party AI providers, and this is how the feature works rather than an option we may switch on. When you use the Vision Studio, the notes you write and any room photo you upload are sent to Anthropic (which checks that an uploaded photo is appropriate and helps compose the written concept) and to fal.ai (which creates the imagery). Both are based in the United States. Any location and device data your camera recorded is removed from a photo before it leaves our systems. We send only what the step requires, we do not send your name or contact details, and we use these providers on terms that do not permit your content to be used to train their models.
We do not use automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent when you submit a form, on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and securing our website, and on the steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you.
Enquiries and submissions are stored securely and are accessible only to the studio team. Uploaded files are kept in private storage outside the public website and are served only to authenticated studio members over encrypted connections. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, though no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure.
We use a small number of cookies, and all of them are needed for the site to work rather than to track you. They are: a session cookie that keeps you signed in if you have an account; a wallet cookie that remembers the render credits you have bought, which lasts a year so a purchase is not lost when you close the browser; a cookie that records your cookie choices; and cookies set by Cloudflare, which protects our forms from automated abuse. Studio staff signing in to the dashboard get one further session cookie.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and there is no third-party tracker on this site. The consent panel lists those categories so that your choice is on record if we ever add them — today both are switched off because nothing exists to switch on. You can reopen the panel at any time from the “Cookie choices” link in the footer.
We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run this website and studio, and only as far as each one needs to do its job. Those are: Cloudflare (protects our forms from automated abuse, and receives your IP address to do so); Anthropic and fal.ai (create Vision Studio concepts, as described in section 4); Wayl (takes payment for credits, and handles your card details directly — we never see them); Resend (delivers our email); and Google (only if you choose to sign in with a Google account). We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Vision Studio concepts that you generate but never send to the studio are temporary: free renders, and any imagery created for them, are automatically deleted after a short period (currently seven days). Renders you paid a credit for are kept with your account for longer (currently ninety days), so you can find them again.
When you send a concept, submit a brief, or contact us, we keep that information — and any files you uploaded — for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted. You may ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to those obligations.
If you ask us to delete your account, your credit balance and purchase records are not deleted with it: they are financial records we are required to keep, and they are the evidence of what you bought and what you were charged. The balance simply stops being attached to an account. Credits are not refundable and have no cash value, as our terms explain — so if you still want to use them, tell us before you delete the account and we will move the balance onto another account you hold.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Some of your information is processed outside Iraq. The AI providers named in section 4 are based in the United States, and other providers listed under Sharing operate internationally — so a transfer abroad happens whenever you generate a Vision Studio concept, and may happen when you contact us or make a payment. Wherever your information is processed, we require it to be protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date at the top of this page.
For any question about this policy or your information, write to info@rmeora.com.
